  1. Trim the leaves off the stems of the parsley bunch and tarragon. Roughly chop the parsley leaves, tarragon leaves and chives. Set aside.
  2. Measure the sour cream, mayonnaise, buttermilk, lemon juice and garlic into a container. Blend with a hand mixer. You could also use a food processor.
  3. Add the greens and blend until well blended. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Add more lemon juice as needed.
  4. Transfer to a dressing jar or container with a lid to store in the fridge for up to one week. Stir before serving.
